Shipping

• Standard Delivery refers to delivery with Registered Mail. Standard delivery will take place between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Usually standard delivery takes between 5-7 working days and might take up to 15 working days for remote and distant areas after your order has been placed. For some orders above €130 (except shoes) standard delivery is upgraded to Express.

• For a shipment to be claimed as lost, 30 days from shipping date must pass in order to trace the order.

• Order by 3pm for your order to be shipped on the same day.

• Delivery times are for in stock products only.

• All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

• Please note we are unable to deliver on Holidays.

• All orders come packed in our branded boxes, complimentary gift packaging free of charge on all orders.

VAT taxes and duties

VAT

VAT will be applied at checkout to orders dispatched to countries within the European Union. 

Duties

For Europe, there is no duty charge since all orders are shipped from European Union.

For UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA, all orders, regardless from where are shipped from, travel with duties paid by PRET-A-BEAUTE. This is a courtesy of PRET-A-BEAUTE.

For delivery in other countries than the above, all products will be shipped free of any taxes and duties. The recipient of the order will be liable to pay any taxes or duties imposed by the country’s customs. Payment is obligatory in order for the shipment to be released from the customs. Please keep in mind that since we do not have control over these charges, we cannot advise you what these charges will be. It is your responsibility to check with your local custom’s agents for any charges they might impose on the products you order from us. In case of money back refund, taxes and duties charges from countries other that European Community countries, are not refundable by us. In case you do not pay any local customs duties and as a consequence the package returns to us, then a money back refund will be issued to you, using the same method of payment less the shipping and other costs. Most of the times customs are not willing to release the package unless duties are paid, therefore orders are kept and lost.

Delivery Exceptions

PO Box Addresses

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Weekend Deliveries

Please note that our couriers do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays, unless the nominated day service is selected.
